Subscription Policy

Thank you for choosing to subscribe to our Multivitamin Chews for Dogs. This Subscription Policy explains how our subscription program works, including billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds.


1. How the Subscription Works

When you subscribe, you agree to receive your selected product automatically delivered at the interval you choose (for example, every 30 days). Your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel it.

You can manage your subscription at any time through your customer account.


2. Billing & Payments

  • Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each renewal cycle.

  • The price you pay at the time of subscribing will apply to all future renewals unless otherwise stated.

  • If your payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to process it again.

  • If payment cannot be processed after multiple attempts, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.


3. Subscription Discounts

Subscribers receive a discount (such as 10–20% off) on every recurring order. Discounts apply only to active subscriptions and cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated.


4. Shipping

Your subscription orders will be shipped automatically according to your chosen delivery frequency. Shipping times and rates are the same as regular orders unless otherwise stated.


5. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription anytime, with no fees or penalties.

To cancel:

  1. Log into your account

  2. Go to Manage Subscriptions

  3. Select the subscription you want to cancel

  4. Click Cancel Subscription

Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.


6. Pausing or Skipping Deliveries

You may pause your subscription or skip an upcoming delivery at any time through your account dashboard. Changes must be made before your next billing date.


7. Refunds

Subscription orders follow the same refund policy as regular orders. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund according to our Refund Policy.

Refunds cannot be issued for orders that have already been processed or shipped.


8. Updating Payment or Address

You can update your payment method or shipping address at any time through your account. Changes made after a renewal has been processed will apply to the next cycle.
